Any order concerning an online product on our store's www.sygma-group.com website requires consultation and prior acceptance of these sale terms. The click validating the order means having accepted the terms. The click values for a "digital signature"

 

 Object

These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties under the online sale of goods offered by Sygma-GROUP for the consumer.

 

 Order confirmation

The contractual information will be confirmed through e-mail to the address specified by the customer in the order form.

 

 Transaction proof

 The records stored in the computer system of the company Sygma-GROUP within safety conditions are considered as communication proof concerning orders and payments between the parties.
The filing of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable basis can be produced as evidence.


Product Information
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information presented on sygma-group.com.
Sygma-group.com or its suppliers are not however responsible for the consequences, incidentals, special damages arising from electronic transmission or the accuracy of the information transmitted even if sygma-group.com was aware of the possibility of such damages. Names and product brands of manufacturers are used only for identification purposes.

 

 Validity of the offer and the price

 

Our prices are valid without having a time limit if they are published on the site www.sygma-group.com

 

 Delivery method :

 

The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only on geographic areas on which we deliver.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition . The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) the slightest trace of shock ( holes ,crushing etc. ..) of the package and if in such condition, refuse the package. An identical new product will be returned without charge

The exchange of any product declared , in retrospect damaged during transport, and then was not returned, will not be paid by the company.

As during any expedition, it is possible for a delay or the product that gets lost. In such a case, we will ask the transportor to start an investigation. All necessary effort will be made in order to find the package . If necessary, the trader will be reimbursed by the transporter and deliver a new package identical to its costs .

We disclaim all responsibility for the long delivery times caused due to the transporter , especially in case of loss of goods , bad weather or strikes.

 

 

Delivery problem due to the transporter

 

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form

'' reserve'' manuscript, which is accompanied by the customer's signature.

The consumer must confirm this problem by addressing to the transporter within two (2) working days from the date of the delivery letter with acknowledgment of receipt stating these claims.

The consumer must send a copy of this letter to Sygma-GROUP 99,101 rue de Meaux, 75019 Paris. Without this, we will not be able to exchange the product.

 

 Delivery errors

 

The consumer must send sygma -group.com on the day of delivery or no later than the first business day following the delivery, any error claim of delivery/ or non- conformity of goods in kind or quality compared to the information on the order form .

Beyond this period, all claimswill be rejected .
Any writing of such a claim with Sygma -GROUP may be made at 99, 101 rue de Meaux, 75019 Paris .

If the claim is not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits, it will not be taken into account and release stainless tiling frim any responsibility towards the consumer.

In case of error of delivery or exchange of any product for exchange or refund must be returned in stainless steel tile in its entirety and in its original packaging in perfect condition at 99, 101 rue de Meaux, 75019 Paris .

In order to be accepted, all returns must be reported and have the consent of

sygma -group.com , which if agreed by the company will then ship the package to the correct address.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of tile - inox.fr , except in cases where it would prove that the product does not match the original declaration made by the consumer in the right returning.

 

 Product Guarantee

 

The provisions hereof may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the seller to guarantee against all consequences of latent defects of the sold products.

The consumer is expressly informed that Sygma-GROUP is not the manufacturer of the products presented on www.sygma-group.com and it assumes no liability for defective products.

Accordingly, in case of damage to a person or property by product defect, only the responsibility of the manufacturer thereof may be sought by the consumer, based on the information provided on the packaging of the product.

The warranty period is one year (1 year).

 

 

Withdrawal Right :

 

The right of withdrawal only applies to physical entitites.

According to Articles L. 120-20 , the consumer has a period of seven (7 ) calendar days to return the product, on his expenses if the product do not suit him . This period commences from date of receiving the order . All returns shall be reported to the client service - tiled inox.fr service. The product must be returned to Sygma -GROUP 99,101 rue de Meaux , 75019 Paris .

We will only accept products returned in its entirety and intact, in perfect condition to sell them again. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded , returned or exchanged . This wthdrawal right is without penalty, except the cost of sending and returning. In the hypothesis of returning a product, the consumer has the option of requesting either a refund of the amount paid, or exchanging the product . In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of the customer.

In case of usingthe right of withdrawal, sygma -group.com will do its best to reimburse the consumer within thirty days.

 

 

 Rights of Use

 

The use of trademarks in this site is strictly prohibited.

 

 

Force majeure

 

Neither party would have breached its contractual obligations, so far as their enactment is delayed , hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event of force majeure. It will be considered a force majeure if any compelling facts or circumstances , outside parties , unpredictable, inevitable , independent thus in no way be prevented by them, despite all reasonable efforts.

The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten working days of the date on which he/she is aware.

Both parties will then, within three months, unless unable due to force majeure , examine the impact of the event and agree over the conditions under which the contract will be continued.
If the force majeure lasts longer than a period of one month , these terms may be terminated by the aggrieved party.

 

 

Explicitly, considered as cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals: blockage of means of transport, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, lightning, telecommunication network breach or external telecommunications difficulties on behalf of clients.

 

 

 Partial non validation

 

If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be validated or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, other provisions shall remain in full force and bearing.

 

 

 Non Renunciation

 

The fact that one party does not to claim a breach from the other party of any of the obligations within these terms and conditions shall be construed in the future as a claim of the obligation treated.

 

 

 Applicable law

 

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. This is applicable for the fund rules as much for the form rules.

In case of dispute or claim, the consumer should first contact sygma-group.com for an amicable solution

 

 Protecting personal data

 

All data that you entrust to us are used to go through with your orders.
Under Law No. 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedom, you have the right to contacy tile-inox.fr for a rectification, consultation, modification and erasing data you have given us. This right may also be done online.

 

 Litige

 

All orders placed through sygma-group.com entails the client's support, and without limitation, the terms and conditions of sygma-group.com.

In case of selling to a moral person, any disputes concerning the sale (price, Sale Terms, products, ...) will be subject to the French law before the Court of Commerce, headquarters of Sygma-GROUP.
